  • Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Delays: During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there is a delay in processing your order.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) to monitor your shipment.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer several shipping options within the United States, including Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Two-Day Shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Two-Day Shipping: 2 business days
  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes that are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be provided with the shipping options and costs during the checkout process.

  • Free Shipping: Bright Kids Suri offers free standard shipping on domestic orders over a certain amount. This threshold will be displayed on the website and may vary during promotional events.

  • International Shipping Costs: International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the order. Additional customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship to most locations within the United States and select international destinations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you during the checkout process.

  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package through our carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damaged items to process your return or replacement.

While we make every effort to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We recommend allowing additional time for deliveries during peak seasons and major holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we will provide you with updates and tracking information as soon as possible.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate changes to the shipping address, but once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make any modifications.
